THE INNOVATION

Connection, coordination, and collaboration are most important in creating something exceptional. We listen closely to the project needs and develop an elevated presentation for approval. Action is then taken to verify overall investment levels, timeline for wrap-up, and general services required. Our purpose is to conceptualize the vision of a client and bring that to fruition through various specialized resources.

THE PROCESS

Our clients are involved as much as they wish, or as little as they wish, throughout the entirety of the project. We keep digital PDFs and specialized binders to document the process from start to finish. This includes lists of itemized purchases and other expenses, moodboards, sketches, floor plans, renderings, and installation guides. Our clients are able to see the overall progress, approve purchases, and manage invoices with ease.

THE INSTALLATION

As the project nears completion and deliveries are scheduled, we prepare to place the chosen pieces into the home. During this time we stay in touch with all furniture handlers, detailers, and installers for an efficient and seamless installation process. Once the boxes start rolling in, the staging begins. Shortly after, the client will enjoy a blend of furnishings that were carefully selected and custom to their needs.

Human design grants the ability to alter what is presumed stationary. Harmony of our surroundings is made up of palette and placement, architecture, and the environment. It is all subject to change. We specialize in palettes of old meets new, unique furnishings, classic transitional elements, dramatic accents, and relative patterns for the right places and right reasons.
